October 18, 2020

Dear Friends,

Your outpouring of love and prayers is such a comfort.  I send virtual hugs to all of you.

Good news for this morning: the swelling of my feet has gone down to the point where I can wear my own shoes (and not Bob's).....little successes mean so much.  This also makes our daily walks much less challenging.

The wound pump is doing it's job and I am hoping on Tuesday I will find out when it will no longer be needed.

Weather is beautiful for walking .....no smoke.....not too hot.  A real blessing.

Wishing you all well and hoping you are having some beautiful Fall weather where you live.

God bless.

  1. So glad for little successes! So glad you set up this blog post. A friend of ours did a similar thing when their son had a traumatic brain injury. We have had a lovely fall too which is unusual for us and much appreciated because it lets us get the grand kids outside in both the morning and the afternoon. Lots of prayers and love and hugs! 2. So happy that you can get your own shoes on for walking. I know that walking for me is such a blessing to get out of the house & see nature & all that God has made. May God continue to wrap His loving arms around you & your family & give you peace in this next phase of your life.
